Burgess Falls

For English class, we are supposed to write about a time when nature impressed us.  For me, the most impressing thing in nature that I have seen so far was Burgess Falls in Tennessee.  There is a pretty long 1 mile trail that leads down to a small waterfall.  I went during the middle of summer so it was over 90 degrees.  The water is always crystal clear and extremely cold.  It felt so good to stand in the cool water.  The rocks on the bottom were smooth from algae and it was such a relaxing scene.  It was a fun trip and I enjoyed seeing that side of nature.
